We also booked assistance for the airport directly with yourselves, however this did not happen on the return and we, along with several other people resorted to finding our own wheelchairs and pushing through the terminal ourselves. Not a great experience after a holiday to relax. !!!

The wait between connecting flights was the worst part. Expected closer connections or options with this. Had to chase up transfer for return airport run. First point of contact had no idea what they were talking about.
