- This fits well and doesn't cause pain, it's made such a difference to my swimming, I won't swim without one now. The colour makes it discreet and the fit is perfect. If you've never tried one, give it a go, a small expense can make you feel very comfortable

- Isuufer form cold symptoms after swimming and this nose clip prevents water entering my nose and the symptoms have gone.
