Good Points: Very compact, easy to operate, very efficient and flexible because can be used with a large quantity of Sony handycam models. The underwater housing could be used also in a "dry" environment, when you expect heavy sandy wind or sudden rain or washer.
Bad Points: When you go for a trip, you have to consider the need to take with you not only your camcorder, but also the underwater housing, and this last one is very likely only used sometimes, not all the time. This means that you have to accomodate double space in your luggage.

Good Points: Very Simple to use, Went to Niagara falls and used it with the Sony HDR-XR550 camcorder on the Maid of the mist.
Spectacular footage of the falls
Bad Points: None, just remember to load the camcorder at least 3 hours before use to ensure no misting up
