The tripod lug on the case has no thread so doesn't screw to the base of the camera (the product photo I saw clearly had a screw in tripod lug on the case) thereby the only support is with the strap lugs which results in the case being loose and not secure in the hand. It is useless for me.

I first purchased the lens cover for "snap pack" believing that this was an entire camera case only to discover that I had purchased half a case that was useless without the body case which of course incurred additional cost. Extremely poor and misleading information in the accessories booklet and the wesite information was no better. Every time I take a picture I have to remove the lense cover which then dangles annoyingly while I take a picture before snapping it all back together again. Lovely camera but the case seems to have been a hasty afterthought. Not good value for money at all but what choice is there if one wishes to protect the camera.
