- Good Points
- It is a compact machine to use. It has good speakers and picks up conversations clearly. I am pleased with the volume and clarity of the recordings. It is a quality product.
- Bad Points
- I have an apple computer so it was not evident from the packaging that I could not use and when I do use a microsoft machine to transcribe material the files are too huge to email and I can only transfer onto a CD. I think I was sold old technology and these machines seemed to have moved on a lot.

- Good Points
- Easy to use, incredible amount of storage, sensitive microphone with good overall response.... For the money quite unbelievable.
- Bad Points
- A shame it doesn't open with a standard Windows audio player; my IT department at work has refused to let me install the software, so I have to lay off the recordings at home and then upload them to my work shared drive....
But that's it for bad points!
