- Olumlu özellikler
- Solid state olması hem performansı hemde sessizliği muazzam derecede etkilemiş. Tuş takımı aydınlatmaları çok işime yarıyor. Ayrıca bir adetten netbookum var ondan bile hafif. Pratikliği ve performansı çok işime yarıyor.
Gösterge ledlerinin minicik olması süper. Böyle küçük bir bilgisayardan çıkan ses çok tatmin edici. - Olumsuz özellikler
- 1- Böyle bir anket için neden çekiliş falan düzenlemiyorsunuz, yani birilerine yeni bir Z serisi verseniz hoş olurdu.
2- LED ekranı silerken girintili kısımlarında toz kalıyor. Ayrıca LED ekranın kasası açıp kapama sırasında ekrana deyiyor. Sanki parmağınızla bastırıyormuşunuz gibi ekranın o kısmı beyaz oluyor. Bence çok büyük bir tasarım hatası.
3- Ekranın kasası sağlamlık açısından hiç güven vermiyor.
4- Güç kaynağının kasa ile birleşme noktası artık daha orjinal olmalı diye düşünüyorum. Demek istediğim Macbooklar gibi bir çözüm.
5- Bukadar para veriyorsam (Türkiye için bir laptopa ayrılan gerçekten çok fazla rakam) farklı birşeyler bekliyorum. mesela plastik kısımları beni çok rahatsız ediyor. Komple metal tasarım, daha sağlam ve karizmatik bir çözüm olabilir.
6- Tuşlarına nekadar temiz bakarsam bakayım parmak izi oluyor ama en azından tuş üstündeki ifadeler silinmiyor.

- Les performances (rapide, puissant, multitâches), la qualité de l'écran et du clavier chiclet, les dimensions et le poids.
- Mauvais côtés
- Pas de lecteur/graveur Blu-Ray, pas de sortie DVI pour écran externe (n'existe que sur la station d'accueil à acheter en plus et difficile à obtenir), performances moyennes de la batterie.

- Il n'y a rien à redire quant à la puissance de calcul de cette ordinateur. Dans la gamme des portables, c'est probablement l'un des plus puissants.
- Mauvais côtés
- Le système comporte deux cartes vidéos. Lors des mises en veille du système, j'ai expérimenté quelques "plantages" : Aucune des deux cartes ne semble vouloir se remettre de la veille et la seule solution restante est un reboot forcé de la machine.
Espérons que ce type d'incidents se réduira grâce à des mises à jours (de Windows 7...).
J'ai tenté vainement d'installer Ubuntu 10.04 en multiboot. Encore une fois les cartes vidéos semble poser problème. Impossible de dépasser le stade de l'installation (écran noir).

- Good Points
- Being new technology it is a bit pricey. Everything else is just outstanding and have no problems whatsoever. Did originally blame network connection when i had trouble and waiting time to connect to the internet. Also blamed wireless router, only to find with the Sony there was no problems at all. It seems outstandingly fast and i do like the advice on prolonging batery life. Its size makes it truly a notebook rather than a laptop. The fingerprint recognition is superb, i don't know whether it really is secure but what it does allow you to do is have many different passwords without having to remember them all, a necessity these days, i believe. Overall it's an outstanding machine with no problems to date. I believe it will need to come down in price as technology improves. I do have more money than sense but this product, if it continues to perform the way it has done, is not a waste of money as far as i'm concerned.
One other thing which i forgot to mention, is the clever way of ejecting the disc from the keyboard (stops accidental opening which happened constantly on other notebooks). - Bad Points
- None whatsoever... so far. It looks good, graphics are small but cleverly fixed with keyboard magnifyer on a function key. Only fault i can think of is onboard software. Was given Norton for 1 year but on board was Macafee trial. They refuse to work together and am finding it difficult to remove Macafee (gives constant annoying reminders to update).

- Just what I was looking for a mega sleek and light laptop that can pump out the performance of a desktop. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny in my opinion.

- Rapidité, légéreté. Facilité des mises à jour sur Vaio update. Clavier très agréable. Ecran de qualité.
- Mauvais côtés
- Pas réussi à utiliser le lecteur d'empreinte pour le mot de passe du BIOS!
Parfois à l'allumage, l'écran reste noir et rien ne se passe (le témoin lumneux de fonctionnement est bien vert). En éteignant la machine avec le bouton power, ou en faisant Ctrl-Alt-Del (ce qui dans ce cas éteint la machine aussi), puis en la rallumant l'écran du bios demandant le mote de passe apparaît, ce qui permet de l'entrer et de faire démarrer l'ordinateur. (Il est vrai que je n'ai pas fait de recherche particulière à propos de ce léger problème.
