- Good Points
- Lovely design, very good weight for it's size, much better than the Dell Lattitude it replaced.
Wasn't sure about keyboard at first but have found it to be very usable.
Touchpad works well and great finish. - Bad Points
- You cannot set the desktop size to anything larger than 1280 x 800 and I prefer larger.
The 64bit operating system does not support MS Groove (not strictly an issue with this laptop but a shock and am seeing if I can downgrade to W7 32 bit which apparently works).
Great that it has DVD drive but the tray is really flimsy, good chance of future damage especially if it slips on your lap while open.
Switching it on and off using the power button seems a bit random.

- Excellent design and size, and does what it should. Keyboard is very comfortable to use and very easy to keep clean.
- Bad Points
- Case scratches easily, quite light construction and case for lots of use on move, CD tray in particular is flimsy. Also, does not allow screen to be a larger desktop size, limited options.

- It is light, powerful and apart from the screen is a great product.
- Bad Points
- The screen gets pressure marks VERY easily. I bought a soft case and carry the laptop in a special rucksack but have had to have the screen replayed twice. I am very nervous taking it anywhere now and am looking for a hard case that can protect it better, but feel this is a serious design fault that really does need to be addressed.

- Good Points
- Switch function on the keyboard is great and very useful. The keyboard is very user friendly and the screeen is clear and copes with glare and sunlight. The laptop is sleek and stylish in looks. The battery once fully charged holds its charge for at least 5 hours. I have not tested for any further length of time to know whether it goes longer than 5 hours. I like the compact feel of the laptop. When I bought the VAIO, it came loaded with Windows 7 and I found this very good to use.
- Bad Points
- I would like the size of the laptop to be smaller without losing the specifications that I have. When I bought the laptop there were a few labels on the laptop which needed to be removed to keep it looking clean and sleek. I would also have liked the laptop to be lighter and even slimmer. For the price, I thought it was comparable to the Apple MacPro 13.3 ", like for like.

- Good Points
- Compact size, Plenty of facilities to organise the systems you want. Very fast once it has warmed up. Certainly a great improvement on Windows Vista, and more reliable in response to commands. Overall an excellent computer, and, ergonomically, well designed.

- Can't think of anything serious, any hiccups are due to my own ineptitude. It wont let me win at Chess.
