ARRIVED EARLY IN THE MORNING BECAUSE OF EARLY FLIGHT AND ALTHOUGH CHECK IN IS 2PM THEY WERE REALLY HELPFUL AND ALLOWED TO CHECK IN ON ARRIVAL AS THERE WAS A ROOM AVAILABLE WHICH WAS REALLY KIND OF THEM & HAVE BREAKFAST, AS ON MANY OCCASIONS ON OUR HOLIDAYS THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED SO I THINK THIS HOTEL IS VERY ACCOMMODATING & THOUGHTFUL TO THEIR GUESTS IN EVERY WAY AS RESTAURANT & BAR SERVICE EXCELLENT TOO. HAD A LOVELY MEAL IN RESTAURANT TOO.

Lovely hotel set on a beautiful part of dublin. Great Christmas atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Bad Points
Asked for a quiet twin room which was not given. Took longer to check in because this was not noted even though I e-mailed the hotel to request this. Fire alarm went off at 3am - people were out in the corridors in their pyjamas - no explanation given by night staff and no apology offered the next morning at check out - so much for their optimus award!
