- Good looking phone, camera fab, easy to use when you know how! Storage immense, Cracking little phone

- Smart phone it is, smart person I am not, no booklet, struggled to work it, had to go to shop and youtube for advice, whilst I appreciate times are a changing a paper copy would be good. Once I was shown, it became easy to use.

- Great HDMI images from the camera; good reception from antenna; GPS works well once signal found and doesn't require network. Good screen.
- Bad Points
- Touch screen ponderous and prone to mistakes; screen switches to portrait too quickly; battery life poor - so power saving always on and screen shuts off too quickly. Screen sometimes unresponsive. GPS signal can take 10 minutes to find, don't think there's enough battery life to use GPS app for a round of golf; range of Apps is very poor. Slippery - buy a case.

- Awesome 12Mp camera, awesome sat nav and maps with voice guidance, HD out, HD video, superb MP3 player, connects to flashpen, voice dialling, Martin reads your text messages, watch TV on it via wi-fi, loads of great apps available, un scratchable gorilla glass, feels a substantial phone, processor punches well above its weight. Fantastic bit of kit for the money.
- Bad Points
- Round smooth edges, so get a gel cover or you WILL drop it, navigating around the functions becomes logical once you've owned it for two weeks, has froze a couple of times but new 'Belle' firmware available Feb 2012 will sort glitches and has loads of new stuff on it, I would have liked a cover on the lens

Battery life is better than other smart phones, especially if you follow all the power saving tips.
The Camera.
Easy integration with social networks.
Did I mention the Camera?
Symbian operating system - nothing wrong with it to use, but it is becoming obsolete, and doesn't have as many apps available for the app-hungry, which happily I am not.
Can't use UMA (Orange signal boost). No reason for this as far as I can see, other than that Nokia haven't provided the appropriate software.
Setting it up how you want it takes a fair bit of time, but it's definitely worth the effort. Also when you upgrade to Symbian Belle, it loses your settings, so you have to set it all up again
