Once set up very easy to use. Took my son to help me set it up though!

As with all modern phones, battery life is not great. 1 charge lasts for 2 days of moderate phone/text/internet use.

Good Points
Good screen, good camera, very easy for a novice smartphone user to work out how to use
Bad Points
Can be slow when using internet. Apps tend to remain active in background after use and drain battery and processor, make sure you use task manager to force close them.

Good Points
internet fast esp when on wireless system, good things to use like flashlight, etc, effective touchpad. Sound ok but not tried proper earphones for the phone yet. Other makes seem too quiet
Bad Points
had to be sent back as quickly developed major fault and wasn't really useable. So far ok but wonder if it goes again sometime. Battery needs recharging daily if net has been used, runs out too quickly

Good Points
- Good uni-body aluminium construction
- Sleek looking
- Nice interface
- Removable battery and sd card.
- A wealth of available software
Bad Points
- Battery is very short. Apparently all new smartphones are like this. Which is a pity because my old nokia lasted for 2 weeks without a charge
- Grip of death Wi-fi. If you cover the phone with your hand on the upper corner the Wi-fi reception goes from full to zero. This happens if you're typing sideways. Not sure if it was just my unit as it's getting replaced.
- Locked bootloader. For "security" reasons the bootloader is locked. It makes a pain to install an alternative rom like CyanogenMod. Till a one click solution comes I don't think I'll bother with this one.
