There was a fault with my first TV... 1cm depth of missing pixels. I found the returns process to be a little guilty until proven innocent, and to be honest I had to ask for progress reports rather than being kept up to date on when my new TV would be dispatched. I also think the returns area of the website need re-writing as its not clear and staright forward.

Excellent service, delivery was on time, the only niggle i have is that it took two of them to lift it into my house, and then i asked for them to take it out of the box and set it up, as i didint want to damage it, and they refused. I struggled to do it on my own so i couldnt imagine how a senior might go about the task.
