- Good Points
- Can help to make light work of a difficult job.
- Bad Points
- If on full, it can automatically shut down until it cools down enough to restart, which can take up to five minutes each time. This is a safety feature though. To avoid so many cut outs don't use it turned up to max. Use it at 3/4's. This helps a lot.

- Good Points
- Easy to use, ergonmic and the variable heat control setting means that most tasks can be completed without damaging the workpiece. Good selection of nozzles for completing different tasks
- Bad Points
- Heater element broke after about 1 - 1.5 years usage.
Plastic guard around the nozzle is too loose and often makes contact with the metal body where it melts and sticks, but doesn't affect overall performance.
