Good Points
I had an old model of this machine which was still going strong until my husband overloaded it by stuffing it to bursting with a load of towels. He then took no notice of the ominous noises it made. Nice slimline design, perfect for my small kitchen. Very easy to programme and check where the cycle is up to, and excellent wash results. The 2-year guarantee is great, but if the old one is anything to go by it'll last a lot longer, as my husband is now fully trained.
Bad Points
None, I'm really pleased with it.

Fits in the narrow space available & is easy for my elderly parents to use without bending down.
Bad Points
Being a top loader means you cannot fit it under a work surface, but thats not a fault of the machine.

Good Points
Compact size and top loading
Bad Points
Drum closing mechanism is not great and a previous model was a write-off when the doors were either not closed properly or came open during the wash cycle

Size and shape! We had a limited space to fit the machine in and the one we bought was the only one we found that was the right size. Plus, we were replacing an existing one of the same size from Whirlpool which we have been happy with.
Bad Points
No half-load cycle
Indicators for both cycle information and delay washing times both on the same line instead of being separate - which was very confusing to start with.

Good Points
smart looking, easy to use, ideal for couple, until it goes faulty.
Bad Points
When 13 months old [i.e 1 month out of guarantee] and after about 100 wash cycles the drum failed to drain and all visual indicators were off, even though mains power was present on the control panel. The cost of replacing the panel module is so high as to make the Washer not worth repairing, as is the cost of extended insurance. Customer Services seem more encouraged to sell insurance [retailing] than to offer a service to a pensioner, such as discounting the cost of a replacement machine.

Its one of the few slim line top loaders still available. looks similar to the older model (had mine for 20 yrs) but has updated features like a wool and quick wash. Its also much quieter and more effecient than the old model.
