Good Points
Big machine but not unwieldy. Good suction - surface of parquet and carpet practically dry afterwards. Timing of suction to match steam used means you don't stop suctioning too soon.
Bad Points
Quite noisy. Book explanations are sparse - eg should carpets be cleaned in one direction or both or at right angles? Cloth for parquet pulls into middle and collects dust/grit but starting to thin and shred after one usage.

Good Points
This machine does steam and suck and all the things it's supposed to do. It has lots of gadgets (probably too many really) and there's no doubt that it cleans.
Bad Points
1) Too many gadgets - especially the dry vacuuming ones.
2) The supposed lead store under the water container doesn't exist - the space is too small and therefore the lead is always on show.
3) The automatic settings are not very helpful (the alternate suck and steam for equal time periods are really annoying).
4) The automatic cut out keeps coming on - the machine then has to be re-set - very annoying and has not apparent cause except that the 'computer' thinks I'm using the wrong setting for the item I'm steaming - but I'm not.
5) The whole machine is very flimsy. The plastic water container feels as though it could split at any time and for the amount of handling that is requires (emptying, cleaning and filling etc) I am sure it won't last long before cracking even with a huge amount of care.
6) The steam gadgets are of varying quality too. The plastic attachment that is used with the brush (for mattresses and curtains etc) and the plastic squeegee (for windows) is loose and the attachments slide off. I've had to adapt it to make them fit better.
7) There are more but 6 is enough to be getting on with for now.
