- filler bottle different to one shown in literature and not quite so easy to fill without spilling. cable storage compartment small for stiff cable and is hard to pack in, maybe easier when cable softens up. reliability is hard to rate as we have only used machine twice

- I have had a Polti Vaporetto for at least ten years, it's always reliable,
and has great pressure. I doubt that it could be improved on . It has not broken down (fingers crossed ) ever . I have often told others about it and if it did fail, I would not hesitate to buy a new one tomorrow! - Bad Points
- I don't think t has any bad points except that I wish it had been supplied with a smaller tool for floors, better at getting into small corners , even a triangular one ! a small point because you can buy extra tools if you need to .

- Once up and running has been man enough for everything I have thrown at it.
Easy to assemble.
Reasonably light weight.
Good range of tools. - Bad Points
- When setting up from cold the pressure guage is wrong until you have run the steam for a minute or so; pressure drops like a stone as soon as you start - after that it's great.
Could do with a guage to show how much water is left.

- A fantastic piece of kit It has so many uses. With the iron attachment it makes ironing a doddle. My 1st one lasted for 15 years. When it died I had to buy another. It holds it's value very well although it's quite pricey. It knocks spots off any other steamer I know.
- Bad Points
- Only one- when the unit has run out of steam, it takes a while to cool down before you can top it back up.
