Good Points: Looks nice but a bit plastic, unlike makes like Gaggia and Delonghi. Coffee tasted nice.
Bad Points: Unable to remove water tank as per instructions and were worried about breaking it if we pulled too hard. Machine leaked water all over our surfaces so water tank emptied itself after 2 cups. Machine was sent back.
I'm not sure I would want a replacement but may have no choice.
Instructions are rudimentary with very limited trouble shooting info. I'm generally pretty good with technical stuff, and this is the first time I've had to return an item. Not an experience I would recommend.
